How can I contact Booster?
Booster has an online service support model. We aim to provide fantastic support via our website and email, so there's no call centre number for you to ring. If needed, we'll call you. If your internet goes down, you can use your smartphone to get in touch with us via our mobile-friendly Support Centre. You'll also find the answers to most questions in our FAQs. No more spending hours on hold on the phone to a call centre! You can also message us on Facebook Messenger, but if you are having issues with your broadband, the support form is your best bet. We aim to address all urgent support enquiries (problems getting or staying connected) within 2 hours and all non-urgent queries within 24 hours. Our Support Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We'll soon be adding comprehensive support options to our website.
What's the quality like?
Our focus is on delivering a high-quality product that meets your needs precisely. We've invested in crucial network components while eliminating non-essential features. This means no bundled email or antivirus services, no physical outlets, no expensive call centers, and no bundled TV packages. Our priority remains providing excellent broadband services without unnecessary extras.
Is there any minimum term contract?
With Booster, you can choose whether you want a leave-anytime option or a 12 month contract. They’re the same price each month, but with a 12 month contract, you get a free Booster Modem worth $99 and free connection worth $49.
Is there data a limit to how much data I can use with my plan?
No, our plans are designed without any data limits, ensuring you can enjoy our services without any restrictions.
